We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, Net-Banking, Paytm, Wallet, and Cash on Delivery (COD)*.*COD fee of 99/- applies. Only available for standard sizes. Tailored orders must be prepaid. Custom sizes, modifications, and added features are considered tailored products and must be prepaid.
We currently deliver to most pincode in India. If you want to confirm your pin code, please mail us at help@stylley.in/ orders@stylley.com or you can reach to our customer care team 9548695374.
We aim to deliver your order in its perfect form, and therefore, we process and ship it as soon as we achieve that level of perfection. As all our products are made to order, we typically take 3-4 working days to ship your garment from our warehouse in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India.
We deliver all orders within India in 3-10 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from the purchase date.
Log in to your Stylley account and select "My Account" to view your order details. Alternatively, contact our customer care team at help@stylley.in on weekdays (excluding Sundays and public holidays) from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm. If you don't have a Stylley account, follow the "Track Shipping" link in your confirmation email or email us your order number and email address, and we will provide your order status.
We do not provide Return /Exchange on custom or tailored items. To be eligible for Return /Exchange, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, and the request for exchange must be made within 10-12 days of receiving the product. The product must not show any signs of wear or being worn before, and all original papers must be returned with the product. Read more at our Exchange & Return Policy.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer care team at orders@stylley.in with pictures of the damage or defect to initiate a request for exchange or return. We will provide you with the best resolution possible.

In Cases of Return we provide STORE CREDIT in your STYLLEY wallet which can be used for your future purchase.
You will receive an email and SMS confirmation from STYLLEY with all the details related to your order once it is successfully placed.
